1.Product Introduction: Suitable for the yaw and pitch systems of 1.5 - 5MW wind turbines, resistant to low temperatures (-40°C), resistant to wind and sand, able to withstand alternating loads for a long time, and with a long service life.
2.Structure Type: It has an annular structure. The inner ring is fixed to the nacelle or hub, and the outer ring is connected to the tower or blade. It has built-in double-row rollers, with double seals on the outside (rubber + metal dust ring), and the raceway surface is phosphated for rust prevention.
3.Size Range: For the yaw support, the outer ring diameter is 1800 - 4000mm; for the pitch support, the outer ring diameter is 500 - 1200mm, and the height is 50 - 150mm.
4.Material: Inner ring / outer ring: 50Mn, 42CrMo; rolling elements: GCr15 bearing steel, GCr15SiMn (optional for impact resistance); seals: nitrile rubber, fluororubber (optional for oil and high temperature resistance).
5.Application Fields: 1.5MW, 2.5MW, 5MW wind turbines (yaw systems, pitch systems).
6.Key Inspection Items: Low-temperature slewing performance, anti-fatigue strength, sand and water-proof performance of seals.
