Double Row Self Aligning Ball Bearing
1.Product Introduction: With a double-row steel ball structure, its radial load-bearing capacity is 2 - 2.5 times that of the single-row ones, and it can compensate for installation deviations of ±2°, suitable for heavy-duty and installation error scenarios.
2.Structure Type: Inner ring (with optional cylindrical hole or tapered hole) + outer ring (with spherical raceway) + double-row steel balls + steel or brass cage. An isolation ring is set in the middle, and it features a thick-wall design.
3.Size Range: Inner diameter: 20 - 800mm, outer diameter: 47 - 1000mm, width: 18 - 200mm.
4.Material: Inner ring / outer ring: GCr15/GCR15SIMN/20Cr2Ni4A (42CrMo for heavy-duty models), rolling elements (steel balls): GCr15/GCR15SIMN, cage: steel (conventional) / brass (precision).
5.Accuracy: Conventional P0/P6 grades, heavy-duty precision models are of P5 grade.
6.Application Fields: Heavy-duty construction machinery (crushers), mining machinery (ball mills), large motors (above 20kW), port cranes.
